【产品介绍】
DHF系列多元素快速分析仪是在光度比色分析法的基础上研制而成的分析仪。它以全差示光度法为基本原理，采取以微电流向左扩展标尺，以光电流向右扩展标尺，从而实现了大范围的线性。有效的解决了传统光度比色分析时，对高组份含量的分析会因偏离比尔定律而线性误差大，对低含量元素分析灵敏度不足的问题。对元素的检测上限可达99%以上，部分元素检测下限可达到0.001%(如要求更低含量的分析也可以，但需要根据计算机读数手工计算结果)。在这样的大范围下仍可保持良好的线性精度，获得准确的分析结果。该分析手段在国内外均属首创，在硅酸盐系统分析领域具有显著优势，特别适应于陶瓷、耐火材料、水泥、玻璃、地质、非金属矿产等行业。该产品在大专院校、科研院所、厂矿企业已推广应用几千家，均收到良好效果，并已批量进入国际市场。
该设备在设计上采用了有色光源、复合滤波片、密封固定波长样品室、高性能紫敏光电传感器等技术措施，有效地排除了杂波干扰，设备各个检测通道的单****十分优良，也为实现良好的大范围的线性提供了保证。
